Will approach the commision to cooperate on promoting the Bread of North Dakota.
I hope they will see the value of our grass root effort. Our goals are the same: promoting farming, wheat industry and North Dakota. With their help our project can grow exponentially and turn into a yearly ongoing movement. With our help they can reach and involve new groups eg. high school students, 4-H clubs, non traditionally farming populations.
Met with the chief Breadsmith of North Dakota. They might be the first official baker of our bread.
Tried their focaccia bread. Great! Had to try it for quality control. Had to make sure our bread will be made by only the finest bakers. They passed the test.
We have approached the Norther Crops Institute in Fargo.
They graciously offered to mill our wheat and help with bread making.

We plan for presentable bread production in December.
